Finally, the programme carried out technical and economic analysis, research shows that: The project investment in fixed assets 104.33 million yuan, reached 90.9 million yuan in profit, operating rate of 80 percent of security, the payback period is 1.28 years.

Climate changes,especially global warming,have been a crucial issue and pratical problem that are unevitable.While the majority relate the global warming with the massive relief of carbon dioxide,the author prefers to a historical,all-sided,dialectical standpoint.The earth's climate has always been changing,as a result of many objective factors.Therefore,it is possible that modern climate changes are rather a fluctuation stage of the whole changing courese than the permenant trend,since it doesn't go beyond the historical climate altering range. As the climate changes depends more on nature than on human,it's hard to confirm the idea that human activities could lead to climate warming. From an angle of philosophy, the author will show his views ,under the direction of scientific thought of development,about the problems such as why the climate turned wamed on earth,it's whether good or bad,how we deal with it.
