外焦里嫩,桂花芬芳,山药溢香,补益脾痛,养阴生津。
据中科院化验检测分析结果显示,铁棍山药富含16%淀粉,粘液质糖蛋白、胆碱、维生素C、甘露聚糖;还含有谷氨酸、酪氨酸、丙氨酸等18种氨基酸和铁、钙、锌、磷、锰、钴、铜等十余种微量元素。
