Lu Xun was the pen name of Zhou Shuren (September 25, 1881 – October 19, 1936) is one of the major Chinese writers of the 20th century. Considered by many to be the founder of modern Chinese literature, he wrote in baihua (白话) (the vernacular) as well as classical Chinese. 菊花

深秋，树木凋得慢，空气来得燥，天的颜色显得淡，并且又时常多雨而少风。就在这个悲凉的季节，菊花却在秋风中，怒放。原来我们的小区里树木不少，可惜深秋到了，都凋零了。平时看惯了美景的我，两眼充满了饥渴，在小区中寻觅绿色的影子。然而看到的只是褐色的交错和光秃秃的树枝和病恹恹的面容。
