3这个题我觉得BC都对 但是如果问者是用DO提问 B答案可能更好一些
但是在口语上来说 两个答案都是对的

仅供参考。
1、我认为已经有your了，就没有用the的必要吧。而且一般用the other的话，前面一般要有other出现，它们通常是成对出现的。
3、提问者应该是认为被提问者正在海南，所以用一般现在时，而被提问者强调他现在不在海南。因为当他要去海南的时候，洪水使他改变行程后来去了上海。所以选了B。
